My dil put me on to this site. I am 62 and semi retired (bliss). I would like to lose approx 14kg or less or more depending on how I look/feel. I am trying to negotiate this site not being 100% computer literate. Hope there is someone out there as there doesn't seem to be any recent posts. Hope to hear from someone!

You can do it! I was prediabetic, runs in my family. Since going vevan my glucose is now well in normal range. Now my goal is to lose more weight...already down 18 pounds since Thanksgiving. MND is really helping and I just started. We all need encouragement.

Hi, I'm a bloke and only a little heavy. I like dinghy racing and the boat will go faster if I lose 10kg by June so that's my aim. This plan is helping but I've only done it for 3 days so no point in weighing myself yet. By the way does anybody know how to enter 2 of something ie 2 slices of bread, 2 Ryevitas, 2 beers, etc?

I'm a 66 yr old female newby to the community but have been using My Net Diary for almost a year. I really enjoy the app on my iphone. If anything, this program has made me much more aware of what I'm doing to my body. I would say my main goal is to feel good and have better health. I believe that's happened over this past year. My number 2 goal would be to lose weight. That's been more difficult. I'm happy to be part of this group!
