hey there! I need to lose more than that, but we're in the same boat. I had managed to lose 20 pounds since June, but I had some issues this week, and gained 3 back. sad face...??

Hello my name is Tamala. I started Keto on October 26th so it's been 3 weeks. I have stuck to my plan by using mynetdiary.com faithfully. My 2 biggest obstacles is that I live alone and don't really have any support and I hate Stevia. I did buy the Monkfruit yesterday and just used 2 teaspoons in my ice tea to see what it taste like, it does seem much better. I don't plan on using it a lot because I know it will make me drop out of Ketosis if I do. I live in Florida so I have started walking 20 minutes a day to get started. I'm hoping to get to the point that I can go to the gym again when Covid gets better. I genuinely have a terrible anxiety going to the gym even before the virus. Hoping to find people who are attempting the same goal I am. I am 53 years old, weighed 228 lbs. (my highest ever) and I'm only 5' 4". My goal is to lose at least 10 lbs. a month and lose 100 lbs. but taking it one month at a time.

Hello
I am slowly loosing weight, then gain weight. So I bounce around 300 to 320 lbs. Biggest issue is portion size and I eat what the family eats and snacks. If someone is in the kitchen and snacking then I show up to share. Not good. I talk to a nutrition nurse about once every 4 months. She looks over my Food Diary. Covid has shut down my gym so that is a deterrent and it is now below freezing so I need to get a kit together to walk in the morning. My doctor would like me to be 200 lbs. She 100 lbs and 5 foot vegetarian. I am 6 foot 4 so it is funny when we talk size and weight. She is good.

Hi All, I'm newts My Net Diary and I'm looking to find new friends with the same weightless goals so we can motivate one another to get to our goals. I've lost 8 pounds since Covid started, it's a slow weight loss but I've stopped losing mostly because I lost my drive. It got so boring doing it on my own. I need to be accountable and interact with other people to stay motivated. I have 55 pounds to lose to get to my goal weight.
Looking forward to meeting you all.

Hello I just joined up and would like to find others to join up with to support along this journey. Let's do this in 2021 and cheer each other on, along the way

Hi @feisty! adding to this thread because I was also wondering: I'm wondering this myself... "Is anyone even on here?" I'm new to net diary. So far I prefer the appearance to myfitnesspal. Not a fan of tracking food, AT ALL, but I need to get serious about getting back in shape.

Hi! I am also trying to get serious about losing well. I have about 40 pounds to get to my ideal weight. I used myfitnesspal for many years but I would lose a little weight and then gain it back. I am from Tennessee and in my 50s. I am hoping to gain some new friends while I lose weight so we can keep each other more accountable. Wish you the best in your goals! 😊

hi all - I use both this site, and Lose it, and I have to say that the social interaction on here sux, but is great over there. I like the way this site works better, but...there's no good way that I've found to get any kind of support network going. so I just log over here, and enjoy the silence, and also log over there and enjoy the community interaction. hope you're all doing well!
