Hi - I just joined this site last Saturday - can you join "Lose It" community without having to pay for the service?


@Mamapajama I’m on Lose it as well. I have them both synced to Apple health, and they work well together. I log all my food in MyNetDiary, and it all syncs over to Lose it.


I am new to the app as of today. I used MyFitnessPal for 10 years but mostly to track my workouts. This app has the macros I want in a better format so I decided to make the switch.

Looking through the community, it seems pretty quiet. No reason we can't build a better support system here. What are everyone's goals?


Agreed I have had no luck with any community on here. Would be nice if some challenges were available on this.


The problem is that there are no notifications, so even if someone responds you won’t know it until you go and search for the post again


Agreed, even with the premium plan there is no interaction, the FB page is of no value as well.


Agreed , why don't they engage on FB?????? perhaps we should start a group there and run it ourselves!


I think we just need to start posting daily here in the group. We can be active even if the overall community isn't. I'll start...I am a Highland Games athlete. I throw trees, rocks and heavy things around for fun. This past weekend was first competition of the season. I set two field records and had four personal bests.

I am strong but I have too much body fat. My struggle is fueling my workouts but still losing the fat. I am trying to make better food choices while maintaining my strength.

How about you? What are your goals? What activities Do you like to do?


Hi I just joined this "team" and started tracking my food intake. I want to lose weight and have about 70-90 lbs to lose but will just set up small goals monthly so that I don't get overwhelmed. I want to meet people on this app too so I thought I would reply to you. I hope I can find this again when playing with it.
