This will sound silly, and its not me EVER. But no one was home this morning , i had full intention of using the elliptical trainer. A song kinda got me so I hopped off the machine thinking I would just dance! Felt like a complete idiot but I was alone so , oh well. I wound up dancing for an hour. I had a heart rate monitor on and it said I burned about 700 calories. Might be worth a try. ;)

Not silly...brilliant! Very little chance of me staying on the elliptical for an hour so the dancing is a great idea! And definitely one for me to do when no one's home. :)

Me too, I start looking around the room at things I should clean . Then exercise falls behind. The only time it doesnt is when I sign up for spin class.

Calorie burning is great no matter how it happens. Seems like I live to eat myself silly on the weekends. Looking forward to when I am in maintenance mode cause it seems so easy right now lol. Eat all weekend, lose it by weigh day. Keep it going MKP and Lessofher. Slow and steady wins the race. As long as we get to where we want to go...

Not doing the greatest... Gained nearly all the 7 lbs i lost :(
Now , i am having a glass of red wine , watching Big bang Theory and going to begin again tomorrow.
New plan... Eat clean diet + CLA + green coffee bean. Also faithfully following our 40's something blog. Thanks for letting me rant.
