Last message on 10/10/10 by Daveofca: Whatever you do, make sure you are consistent. Time/day, that way you are tracking apples to apples. I weigh in every tuesday am before my shower. That way i dont ruin my Monday in case things get a bit sideways on my plan. Good luck!
