Determining expected weights over time - Hi Mary (U5526568), you can determine your target date by looking at your settings, but I realize that is the ultimate goal weight. The Daily Analysis has a little summary about based upon what happened today, how much you will lose in a day, week, and month given that calories deficit at that point in time.
But to answer your question - no, there is no chart of expected future weights at specific dates, based upon an estimated calories deficit from just planning alone. Each day, you may or may not accrue the same amount of calories deficit based upon the Plan and that will affect your weight and therefore, expected weight at any given date.
But if you want something like that as a feature, then you can send Support a request: Support@mynetdiary.com

Question: If you skip a meal (ie breakfast) should you take a release pill anyway or just take the pills after actually eating a meal?

Wow gone back a little here, my question is which is more relivant getting my macro balanced, getting 1500 sodium or meeting my calorie amount? Some days I have met my macro and sodium but not my calorie needs! If I add calories I go over on sodium😖

Hi Suzib123, macros, sodium and calories are all important but you don't necessarily need to get up to the calorie target. Staying under your calorie target would be the goal. I would just make sure your calorie intake is not way low, like less than 1000 calories daily on a regular basis. That would not give you the energy or nutrition you need. Are you just slightly under the calorie goal? Brenda (MyNetDiary Dietitian)

I have a question about the carb cycling. I want to have two low carb days (MT) at 25/40/35 and then 40/30/30 on all other days. But the app won’t let me change the last day and it has like 700g of carbs on that day???? Not sure what I’m doing wrong.
