I just joined too. 3 days into it and love the app and site. I am 37, have 2 kids work a full time job and it is so hard to find support. I have ALOT to lose and need it. I think we can add friends to this site too like Facebook.

Hey there- Sort of new. Been working on mnd for about a month and have really enjoyed tracking my eating habits and improving what I put into my body. I have found in the past week I have become lazy and haven't been putting in all my foods. (That's why I decided to join this group so I have something to be held accountable for) I really want to lose weight. I've been stuck at a certain weight for sometime now. I'm pretty active but I have a huge addiction to comfort foods which counters all the activity I do. I need motivation and to just get over the excuses. I'm looking forward to sharing my journey and reading all your journey as well.

I have been on here for a couple of weeks and as I am tracking my food I am finding that I don't consume enough calories per day according to my plan. Anybody else have this problem.

Hi I am from Cheshire England stay at home mum to three school age kids. Comfort eating and lack of proper exercise are my downfall. I need a kick up the bum.

Hi I'm new to this site too.
Age 31 from Scotland. No kids (yet) and have (or should say had) a habit of comfort and boredom eating. I've always been big and would like to lose weight. I don't want to be a skinny size (uk) 10 as I like being a bbw, I would just like to be a smaller bbw!
I've got the iPhone app and love it and hope to help others here. Feel free to add me as a friend.

Hi there.
Just started using this app/website today. Trying something new. I was doing good for awhile, had lost a lil over 50 lbs between 12/09-02/11. Unfortunately, I've gained about half of it back since the beginning of summer.
Need to get back on track to being a comfortable size again. I want to be able to feel good about myself again. Comfort foods and sweets are my downfall. But if I want to look awesome in my wedding dress next June, I need to do something about it.
Any help/encouragement/butt kicking anyone can help provide will be welcomed!

Hey this is my 1st day on this site, and i LOVE junk food so i'm hoping that this will help me stay away from the sugar and be a healthier person and not a chubby chub chub the rest of my life :)

I'm trying to stop eating at work, it is my Down fall, I did good for a while got with in 15 lbs of goal weight then life happened....
Gained weight due to emotional stress eating.... Now have 40 lbs to lose.
I am frustrated now and want to eat so trying so something new.... Typing and talking about it.... Hope it will work ..... I really need scale to go in other direction.

Hi i just signed up today! finally realized i need to be more proactive about losing weight. Need to lose 25lbs in 3 months. I have very little will power when it comes to food, hoping this program/site will help :)

Hi all, new to the site. i have about 90 pds to lose maybe more. I want to use the site for motivation and to stay on track. I think I'm at the highest weight I have ever been. My son is 9 months now so I'm ready to attain my lifetime weight loss goals.
