Welcome aboard! This app is a wonderful tool in achieving your goal! So far I've dropped 33 lbs since August using this app along with exercise. You can do it just stick with it and be patient!


I had used MND a few years ago and had success but then I got off track and I'm so ready to beat this weight gain so I can enjoy life to the fullest. We can do this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Hi, I am new to this site. My sister suggested this app. She is using it along with the Insanity Workout but I can't afford that so I will be attempting the elliptical my husband bought me for my birthday. I hope to lose 30lbs by August. That's the weight I put on since meeting and marrying him. I need as much help to stay the course as I can get since he is fit and can eat anything!


Hey, new to the site. I have a wedding to attend in June looking to drop some weight so i dont look like an apple with legs lol =)

Also for good health of course! I also need to put on a bathing suit this summer so i need to lose some of this lumpciousness!

Basics, just started to clean my eating...no more potstickers or chinese take out for lunch at work (which I was doing 2-3 times a week) or pizza for that matter. not that I will deprive myself, but I am a decent cook, I can make a healthier flatbread pizza!

I started on Sunday and I'm down 2.2 pounds already, boom! I know that weight changes throughout the week, but still a good thing to see when I got on the scale!


hi, being part of a group no doubt will help you to stay motivated. Accountability is a big part of that.


thats great! keep up the good work. i had a bad habit of eating crap all weekend and then eating good during the week, that didnt really help either. Who knew you would see results only if you did it on a regular basis - LOL:)

It looks like EVERYONE is on the path success and doing a great job by signing up and using this app! It does a great job at helping you to log everything and keep track of your daily calories/burned.
One thing I do for fun is fitness coaching and I love it! I get to help people achieve their health and fitness goals through a small group and we focus on eating healthy, working out and accountability. I have a 90 day challenge group starting April 29th and I figured I'd let some of you know in case it interests you at all! If so, let me know and I'll pass along some more information!

hey, im too new to the site and i find it a great tool to motivate one to loose the unwanted wieght.im 30 year. i, sisters and dad became addicted to this site. i have a problem in loosing wieght. well, i used to kgs and i have put 70 kgs already. i am welling to loose more than 13 kgs until june end. we all at home feel the difference since we started last 3 days. we didnt excersise yet. your words have encouraged me alot. hope we all reach our target as set. all the best :)


Hi I am new to the team. I have set a goal to lose 160 pounds. I have had the app for a little while now but I am finally sick of my situation and those that doubt me. I started this adventure on Monday and I am looking forward to have a successful week.


New here. Been using the app for about 3 weeks now. I am really struggling with sugar cravings. I've been drinking tons of water but struggle to stay away from sweets. What tricks help you?
