Hi Jess1976 - Feel free to friend me. I've lost about 5 lbs since mid March. As a result of keeping a food diary I've come to realize how much I stress eat and emotionally eat. If this is something you or others on here are also dealing with, then I would appreciate sharing experiences and learning to overcome this issue together. I recently bought a couple of self-help books on the issue. Little by little, I'm learning to understand my habits, fears, etc. It's been a difficult but rewarding experience. In addition to the 5 lbs lost, I just took my measurements for the first time since I started and I've lost 2.5 inches from my hips. Yay me! Wishing you great success!

I'm new to the online site but have used the app on and off for awhile. It's amazing what tracking can do. I'm 4 lbs from my goal and hope i can stay motivated.


Yay, AugustRose! It must be great to feel the clothes fit a little looser. And Mandywray, congratulations on getting so close to your goal. I feel like after a few weeks, I'll hopefully see some results and get a little positive reinforcement. Until then, planning out what I'm going to eat for an entire day in advance seems to be helping me put anything within arm's reach into my mouth.

Hi,i'm new to this.I'm from Yorkshire,United Kingdom.


New to the app. Been using it a few days. Last time I lost a lot of weight I used a calorie counter so I'm trying it again. Really need to lose weight to better play with my kids and relieve joint pain. Just don't like what I feel and look like and want to change that.
