Chocolate mousse recipe- pretty high in calories but very healthy
Blend one ripe hass avocado with 1-3 tbsp of cocoa powder. Add desired amount of honey or stevia. Feel free to also add a frozen banana or some peppermint or orange extract

Use raw organic cocoa powder

I take 2 gummy vitamins or unsweetened fruit applesauce

hi i pop a handful of raisins or 2 dried apricots into my mouth. that satisfies me. good luck!

Lately I have been super into cucumbers dipped in hummus (I allow myself 3T of hummus as a snack) + 11 almonds (1/2 serving). I will enjoy this with a large mug of hot tea. It takes the edge off and helps keep me hydrated. Thanks for sharing ideas! Joanna (Dietician)

There isn’t really such a thing as sugar cravings, only cravings. Our body uses carbs as the primary source of energy, so when you feel cravings, your brain interprets it as a need for carbs (sugar). Therefore, rather than focus on the carbs specifically, the key here is to avoid cravings in general by renaming satiated. Calorie for calorie, protein will leave you feeling more satiated than any other macro nutrient. Therefore, the key is to eat enough protein (both in quantity and frequency) which will make you feel more satiated and thus reduce cravings.

Chocolate chip “cake”

Its really a egg white soufflé..
5oz of egg white
1 scoop of plant fusion plain or vanilla protein powder
8 drops of stevia liquid
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 pat of butter
2 tablespoons of chocolate or regular milk
0.5oz of Gluten free pancake mix
Blend in a ninja. Pour into a formed foil tray (you can make a foil banana boat about 3”x6” just folding and squishing) sprayed with cooking spray (canola, avocado, coconut, etc) drop in Lily’s sugar free dark chocolate chunks and put in pre-heated oven @350 for about 20mins.. when it starts to smell like fresh baked chocolate chip cookies you will thank me. ;) put a bit of non fat whip cream on it or low cal coconut milk icecream. Its super low carb, high protein, good fat and tastes sweet. Helps to satiate, hit protein macros and quell a junk food binge all in one swoop.

Sorry for off topic, I can't post new topics.
Elliptical or Treadmill or Stairmaster?
as I understand it, keeping your heart rate at a specific level is the basis for losing weight....does it really matter what machine is used?.....I know people say running is the best, or using the treadmill, however I tend to lean towards the elliptical....is that fine or are there advantages of the treadmill or stairmaster that I am unaware of?
thanks in advance for your time....
