Hi , I´m 41 years old and come from Germany. today I measured my weight after Long time and it was a shock for me. I did not recognize that I´m gaining weight so fast. So I signed up hier and look what happens. I really Need your help and Support because I don´t get any at home :(

my big issue : "work out" .
I know, that I have to exercise but I have a desk Job and work 10h a day. have a small garden and gardenning is my only Hobby. So at Weekends I´m in the garden all day. last week I was in the gym and all around me were mirrors and I hated to see myself the whole time. (the big belly and all that fat that goes up and down) I was ashamed.
I want to buy a crosstrainer for home but I´m not sure. any tipp for me?

I have been using the app and website for a couple of years now on and off, and it has helped me to drop weight each time, however I do have problems with maintaining.

This time I have decided to seek a little help and support from the community, as well as lending help and support to other where i can, in the hope that I will not only be able to drop the weight again, but keep it off without dropping exes weight


I just discovered this site and app a week ago. I am only a free member and do not respond well with other weight loss programs and sites. I love this one; especially the food grades you can easily shop for at the store with the scanner in the app! I messed up a lot this first week, but still lost 1.6lbs! Oh and the best part is the exercise calorie budget. If you turn it on and even grocery shop, clean or play with the kids, log it and it will give you calories back to use! It is nice to see a breakdown of where I am over and under to see what to adjust. The 20g of protein per meal really helps to feel and stay full longer.

I am looking for people who wish to support one another on their journey to become friends and if you want to join my group, "Weight Avengers".

Mine too. Chocolate is my Kryptonite. I can't even go near dark chocolate. It all sets my taste buds into a party making me insanely crave more.


I started searching for this site when I had been eating what I thought were vegetarian meals and gained a couple of lbs. I learned that you still have to be careful as to make them taste good they have to put bad stuff in some of them. A lot of them have higher fat too.

I cook more, but some nights are so insane with work I just need something to warm up.

Good point. That scale is hard to check regularly, but good to keep accountable.
