thanks for the welcome FreeFalling :) I'm getting the hang of this and just printed out a report for my nutritionist. I see her later today. Now if the residual migraine will go away!

Hi Zazzsu. I'm feeling the same level of desperation. Nice to know we don't have to go this alone. Welcome.

Didn't lose as much weight as I had expected. I wanted big numbers like on "big loser". OK, this is only week 1. I know "slow is the way to go".

Hi all, I just joined this team today. I really like recording what I eat and the calories as well as exercise calories. I've been tracking on the MyNetDiary app, but recently upgraded from free to Pro so I could join a team/group or two for mutual support and ideas. I need motivation to experiment with recipes and actually cook my own food so I can enjoy various healthy taste sensations. So far, I haven't really done that so my meal choices are very narrow and involve really very little cooking.

I joined three weeks ago and if you are serious about tracking everything as you eat and not later you can stay on top of what you eat before you eat it. I have lost 12 lbs in three weeks.

Hi, I joined today. I don't know why I let myself get to this point, over and over! Two years ago I lost 50 lbs. I have gained all 50 back. My goal is to overcome my stress, anxiety eating and to lose those 50 lbs. again. Hopefully permanently!!!

Hi, I joined yesterday, full of hope and determination that this will work. I am using the iphone app (which incidently I think is terrific). I am also trying for the first time Paul McKennas hypnotherapy. It cant hurt can it? It just might help. Last year I was 14 kilos lighter than I am now, having lost nearly 20. I dont really know what made me start binge eating again but at least I can say that I didnt put it all back and now determined and motivated - my new mantra will be "Eat Less - Exercise More". I hope that , we can help each other through the low times and celebrate with each other the good times.
