Took all my fat clothes to a charity shop today what a great feeling. Going to buy new clothes on Sunday, it is so nice to be able to shop in places I never dare look in before! Keep up the good work everyone it is really worth it.


That really is such a great feeling... I have gone from a 20 to a size 6 and I LOVE it!!!! Congrats to you!!!!


New to group and new to My Net Diary. I'm one of those that has to eat 4 to 6 times a day. If anyone has any suggestions on snacks that include fat, fiber, protein, I would appreciate it.

I'm 50 lifelong asthmatic, diabetic for 10 years and now heart patient since a year ago. Everything I do have to be done slow and ramp up.


My endocrinologist tells me that if I stay up later that I should add another mini meal. If you don't then your sugar will rebound in the morning from being too low when you went to bed.


Hi all:
Just dropped in to say hi. I am just starting to be serious about eating healthier and losing weight. Both my doctor and my chiropractor say it will make a world of difference.
However: I am leaving for a 3-week cruise to the Mediterranean. They eat healthier over in Europe so I hope that will help me to kick-start this. Also as with other cruises, I will refrain from taking the elevators. I already know I will be doing alot of walking.
I am also considering going plant-strong diet and getting rid of meats and dairy. I already love almond milk. Wasn't as hard as I thought giving up that.
Anyway...this is enough for now. I look forward to any replies and will watch avidly when I can get an internet connection.
