Hello: I just joined this week. I would like to buddy up with some others on this site. It is my second day tracking my food and recording my progress.


I'll buddy up with ya Mmdbud. I heard about this program on NPR and I am on my third day. How's it going?


Hi! I just joined yesterday. I found this in iTunes and loved the mobile program so I thought I could use some extra support. Also, I think the Olympics are inspiring. My short term goal is to lose enough weight that I don't have to ask for a seat belt extension when I fly in 23 days! How embarrassing :(


Just joined yesterday when I bought the iPad app. This program has great potential. I am a former livestrong user, and I find this much easier to use.


I just joined, too. Still figuring out how to use everything...any celiac's or gluten intolerant users out there?


Just saying hello. I started using this program about 2 weeks ago. I reached a tipping point last year and packed on a lot of weight. I finally made a commitment to undo the damage. The second week I got off 4 lbs. I don't know about the first week because I didn't want to look at a scale, but based on the first weigh in it was about what I guessed. Ugly.
Anyway, I'm tracking what I put in mouth and become friends again with my bike.
Talking with other folks doing the same thing seemed like a good idea.


Hi - I'm also just getting started with the MyNetDiary. So far loving it. Following Weight w\Watchers and currently using YOU on a DIET for Menus and meal plans since I need more structure and something easy to follow. Love the recipes in the book. For some reason I have trouble making myself track points, so hoping that this tracking system will be easier for me to stick with. So far really easy to use and great to see the nutritional breakdown of what I am eating.


I am about to get the hang of the program I think. I am starting to feel like I am getting control again. How did you do today Priszella?


Just started today! I'm hoping to learn about my habits with this approach instead of just following a diet, losing the weight and then gaining it all back. I need a lifestyle change so I can keep the weight off and stay in good physical condition.


I'm hoping to see this help me in my quest for change! I have to do something to bring my weight down and to get healthier!
